Charming vintage ceramic covered trinket box made in England. The oval box features a mottled seafoam-green glaze and a dimensional hand-painted yellow duck mounted on the lid. The duck is decorated with black feather accents, an orange beak and expressive painted eyes.
The underside is marked with a circular FV monogram and stamped Made in England.
Perfect for storing rings, jewelry, small keepsakes or displaying with vintage bird, duck and English pottery collections.
Preowned vintage condition with age-related crazing, light surface wear and minor discoloration around the base and rim. I do not see an obvious major chip or crack in the supplied photographs. Please review all photos closely, particularly the lid rim and duck finial.
