Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Rates

Standard shipping is $8. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. The available options and final charge are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and destination.

Tracking information is sent when an order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error; an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us. If a package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with photos of the package and item.
