This piece was sold as a souvenir travel keepsake in Washington, D.C., and features the city name "WASHINGTON, D.C." embossed across its built-in collar harness on the back. It is cast from solid, dense metal with excellent, expressive detailing on the wrinkled snout and bat ears.
