Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests made within 14 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with any tags or accessories included.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or materially different from its listing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Problems with an order

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing. Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale cannot be returned. We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only before it has entered fulfillment.
